How many times have you been on your way to accomplishing your goal and the thought crossed your mind ‘It would be so much easier to just stop now’? I have had those thoughts countless times:
- While running on the treadmill
- Writing a paper
- Reading a difficult article
- Trying to lose weight
- Preparing for a speaking engagement
Oh…. the list goes on and on and on… (Well at least for me it does).
The key to remember here is that if you decide to stop, then you short change yourself, because continuing to press on is the only thing that leads you to your destination ‘SUCCESS’.
Don’t make the mistake of giving into that quiet voice telling you to give up… keep on pressing, moving, doing, going… don’t stop till you have realized your goal.
